thats quite a narrow minded, un-educated response in all honesty. I pay for it because I want to, but I do expect a level of service. The level of service has been fantastic up until lets says about 5 months ago. I've been patient, wrote personal emails to Customer Service offering my feedback, i have politely given my opinion. Waiting patiently for some sort of communication and we have got non. Your right why on earth should i pay any longer. May be some of us paid for a years service???? Ever thought about that?
Again... this is just fishing for a response.

This thread was a tough one to rate.
At first, it was obvious flamebait/trolling and I was just going to give you a 2/10, then the "Lemmings" followed in and had to add their input. This bumped it to a 5, however you ended up trolling yourself and in the end just wound up trying too hard so you got bumped back down to a 2...
